Our voluntary contractual guarantees to end users for deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany

Please note: The following guarantees

  • only apply to orders from consumers (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop for delivery within the Federal Republic of Germany.

  • exist in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and any warranty rights that remain unaffected by our guarantees and continue to apply without restriction.

 

30 days money back guarantee

 

Buying wine is a matter of trust! We want to lead you to great new wines and encourage you to try new things.

It is not possible to taste the wine when buying it on the internet. Therefore, we try to describe and classify the wines optimally. In the end, of course, the individual taste decides. For this reason, you have the option (in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal) to return unopened bottles to us free of charge for a full 30 days from receipt of the goods without giving reasons. Try without risk!

That is how it goes:

  1. Please contact us so that we can send you a return label. You can contact us by e-mail, by letter or by phone.

  2. Send us the unopened wine bottles in undamaged and originally packaged condition in suitable, unbreakable outer packaging (it is best to use our outer packaging again) no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods under the return label, free of charge. Please note that we cannot accept freight collect returns as part of our voluntary return guarantee.

  3. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will reimburse you for the full value of the wine bottles returned to us. Depending on the payment method, the reimbursement will be made by transfer or credit to your account. If you have not yet transferred the invoice amount to our account for payment, the invoice will be corrected.
